Combat sports changed my life. Boxing gave me discipline, confidence, and a resilience I didn't know I had, and it's still teaching me today. I'm an active fighter and coach, and I built Rebel because I wanted other people to find what I found: not just fitness, but a stronger version of themselves. That's what every session here is built around.

Do I need any experience?
None at all. Most members start with zero background. Your coach builds every session around exactly where you are.
What should I bring to my first session?
Just comfortable clothes and water. Gloves and equipment are provided for your first session.
How much does coaching cost after the free session?
It depends on the program and coach that fits you best. Your coach will walk you through the options after your free session, no pressure either way.
I'm not in great shape, can I still train?
Yes. Sessions are built around your current fitness level and adjusted as you progress, not the other way around.
